Why are some of the transitions I added disabled?
This may be because the timestamps for the transition you added have become invalid. If a new range is deleted, or if the time range of the segment expands or shrinks, the transition you added cannot be positioned. This is because such changes directly affect the file's active duration. During the task completion stage, if the durations set for the transition effect you added are no longer valid, it is skipped.
Another reason is that the file does not contain the cut margin needed for the transition to be applied correctly. Situations arising from this and similar issues are communicated to you as a note during the process, along with the reason the transition was not applied.
Another possibility is an error in the code flow. If you believe the timestamps are correct and that the transition was disabled due to a technical error, please contact us. You can do this through the 'Report Error' button in the application interface.
